Chamber Players is also seeking applications from work experience candidates   to come and assist with the Junior course in the mornings. Expenses will be given for this position and a fee (graded according to applicants previous experience) or a scholarship to attend the senior course will be given. Any string player may apply but candidates must be grade 8 and above.

Following a lovely half term course, we are now open for applications for the Summer course. I hope to see you all again soon, at our new venue - Sydenham High School.

Beckenham Festival success:

The Piano Trio - Ajay Kapur (BYMT), Flick Cliffe (BYMT) and Mariam Ogunbadejo (Pembroke Academy) - came second in the Beckenham Festival, performing Mendelssohn's Song Without Words.  

They were followed by the String Trio - Louisa Bosselli Alcock (BYMT) Yasmeen Doogue Khan and Flick Cliffe performing Bach at the Double by Teddy Bor

2009 chamber players - Rachel Ibbott and Edie Goodban came 1st in the string duet class and took home a siver cup.

Well done to all who took part. It was a wonderful evening with a lot of fantastic performances.
